To qualify for the referral fee, the referred customer must sign a one-year lease agreement with THM Office Suites.
The referral fee will be paid within 30 days after the lease agreement is signed and the first month’s rent is paid.
Referrals must be new to THM Office Suites and not already in contact with our team.
This program is open to both existing tenants and non-tenants.
